So simple and integrated beautifully with my Nuobells. Although US based I originally sought to buy European Nuos because they are in KGs and this smaller increments. Shipping was prohibitively expensive so i bought the US with 5lb increments. Now my wife can have 5, 6.25, 7.5 before graduating to 10.
The imbalance is definitely noticeable but in my perspective a positive. Wrist curls are improved. Otherwise i like thr imbalance as the real world is often unbalanced and it makes for a better equivalent experience.
Finally if you are willing to work at 2.5 lbs put one on the outside opposite position. They stay on and easily snap off for docking and weight adjustments.
I bought these to use on my Rep x Pepins dumbbells. I add them to the under side of the included 2.5lb add-on plates. I saw Micro Gainz show this on social media. They stick well with the magnets and I have not had any issues at all. I can finally get that 7.5lb increase on my Rep x Pepin dumbbells.
Just purchased Nuobell dumbbells and the magnetic plates fit great and aren’t in the way. Use them all the time. Customer service is excellent as well.
Fit perfectly and the magnets are plenty strong. This is a great solution for exercises like lateral raises where a 5lb jump might take a long time. I've used a few times and very happily recommending to friends verbally :).

I'm old enough to remember and have purchased the original Micro Gainz Nuobell attachments from way back in the distant past of early 2025, and they were truly a game-changer in doubling the weight increments available in a pair of Nuobells. But as good as the original version was, the newer version is a significant upgrade. The newer version delivers much smoother edges and corners, stackability not present in the original version, a hole for hanging on a wall near your Nuobell stand if that's your thing (it IS mine), and just a more finished and elegant feel and appearance. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
These were the
perfect upgrade to my 50lb Nuobells. Gives you a whole new range of weight settings. Also, looks like I could add another set to each dumbell… thinking about that as well. Solid product, strong magnets.

Great addition to my workout with my 80 lbs. Nuobell Dumbbells!! I've had no problems with them. The balance is off adding them, but a simple grasp adjustment, for me, resolves the unbalanced issue. Two thumbs way up!

These magnetic clip on weights are great. They're exactly as advertised. They integrate with my adjustable dumbells as if they were a part of the original design. Easy to put on and take off, and the hold tight during work outs
The Micro Gainz plates for Nuobells integrate well into the Nuobells to add intermediate weight jumps. The magnets make installation and removal simple and quick; with the bonus of easily storing right to the Nuobell stand, plate rack, power rack, etc.
The only drawback I've observed so far is that the Nuobells become unbalanced due to the added weight and will want to rotate in your hands. This is especially apparent on lifts like lateral raises where the Micro Gainz plates may be positioned at the top of the dumbbell when you start the movement, but are positioned on at the side near the top of the movement.
Just when I didnt think nuobells could get any better, these come along.

Great product stays on like a champ with the magnets
This is so call and exactly what I needed for my nuobells adjustable DBs. Fits perfectly. Was worried that it would fall but the magnetic is pretty strong so I'm not worried after using them. This just makes my nuobells way more useful if you are trying to get progressively strong. Overall great addition to my home gym.

work great with my Nuobell dumbbells - seem like they could have been made by the original manufacturer (in a good way)
While these adder weights are incredible in that they feel tailor-made for nuobells, they make the weight lopsided. When these are on, the weight wants to roll around in your hand. I'll stick to my Plate Mates that stick to the end of the dumbbell. While they look less sexy, they don't cause the dumbbell to become lopsided like these.
