These plates are top-notch and the color coding makes it much very easy to identify the plates both by size and to read the wording on the plate itself. So far, I have used them several times and it was great to do micro adjustments for the warm-up, working sets, and drop sets.

This fractional plate set is excellent quality and incredibly useful for making small, consistent strength gains. The plates are well-made, easy to load, and fit securely on Olympic barbells. I love that the set comes with multiple weight options and a carrying bag—it makes progression more precise and training more intentional. A great investment for anyone serious about long-term strength progress.

We are home gym enthusiasts and have been able to use these for incremental increases in our weight training. Easy to hook up to our rig and we can already appreciate the ability to not have to make 10lb jumps when adding weight. Highly recommend!!

The fractional weights are great..they are this really cool flat black, work great with an Olympic bars…very cool. If you’re looking for fractional weights I recommend these

At some point 5lbs or even 2 1/2lbs jumps stop happening. These plates allow you to add as little as 1/2lbs at a time. I’ve got a few sets and also use them for loadable dumbbells.

These were very reasonably priced, good quality and was exactly what I was looking for to dial in gradual increases in my lifts in 1/2 lb. increments instead of the usual 5 lb. increases.

My first time using incremental small weights and I love them! Helping me inch up the weight on all the barbell lifts. Just wish I could adapt them to other machines at the gym!

These plates are awesome. Great quality and fit my bar perfectly. They allow me to go up in weight on my pressing. I am 68 and can't take as big of jumps anymore. I also love buying American made products.

Recently picked up an 8-plate set. My 8 year old has been experimenting with weight lifting and 2.5 lb increments was proving to be too large of a jump for him on some movements. These Micro Gainz plates literally filled that gap. They seem to be very well made, and they look great. Only real complaint I would have is that they have some pretty sharp edges. Haven't figured out if it's just the finish, or the metal itself, but they are quite sharp. Not so sharp I'm worried about safety, but might do a number to coated barbell sleeves, if you have them. Overall, thrilled with my purchase and glad I didn't go another route.

Plates are well made and shipped quick!

These things are great arrived packaged well they're priced well and they're exactly what I was looking for. The reason I'm docking one star is that the finish isn't was I was expecting. These say they're e-coated which was exciting since I have e-coated plates from Rogue and Strength Co. The finish on the micro gainz plates is more just like bare metal so I don't know if it's a different e-coat process or somehow mine weren't coated properly. There's also a couple barbs from the machining process but I kind of expect that at this price point.
